By creating an account, accessing, or using Saydure in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

1.2 Age Requirements

• Users between 13-17 years old must have parental consent
• Users in the European Union must be at least 16 years old
• We reserve the right to verify age and request documentation

1.3 Legal Capacity

You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that your use of Saydure will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

2.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information
• One person may not maintain more than one account without our express permission
• You may not create an account for anyone other than yourself without permission

2.2 Account Security

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• You are liable for all activities that occur under your account
• We recommend using strong, unique passwords and enabling two-factor authentication

2.3 Account Verification

We may offer account verification services. Verified accounts receive additional features and credibility indicators. Verification requirements and processes are at our sole discretion.

3.1 Permitted Content

• Original voice recordings and authentic personal expression
• Educational, informational, and entertainment content
• Respectful discussions, debates, and commentary
• Creative content including music, poetry, and storytelling
• Professional content and business communications

3.2 Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Illegal Content: Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Hate Speech: Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups
• Harassment and Bullying: Content intended to harass, intimidate, or bully others
• Violence and Threats: Content depicting, promoting, or threatening violence
• Adult Content: Sexually explicit or suggestive content
• Spam and Misleading Information: Repetitive, deceptive, or false content
• Copyright Infringement: Content that violates intellectual property rights
• Privacy Violations: Sharing private information without consent
• Dangerous Activities: Content promoting self-harm or dangerous behaviors

3.3 Content Moderation

• We use automated systems and human reviewers to moderate content
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms
• Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination
• You may appeal content moderation decisions through our support system

4.1 Free Tier

• Limited to 100 voice posts per month
• Access to basic features and standard voice filters
• Subject to usage limitations and advertising
• No guarantee of service availability or performance

4.2 Premium Subscription

• Billing: Charged monthly or annually in advance
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period
• Refunds: 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers; no refunds for partial periods

4.3 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed by third-party payment processors
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated

5.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of your voice recordings and original content
• By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on our platform
• This license continues until you delete your content or terminate your account
• You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license

5.2 Our Platform

• Saydure and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us
• Our platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform
• Our trademarks and logos may not be used without express written permission

5.3 Copyright Infringement

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid copyright infringement notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact us at copyright@saydure.com with detailed information about the alleged infringement.

6.1 Data Collection and Use

Our data practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using Saydure, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6.2 Voice Data Protection

• All voice recordings are encrypted in transit and at rest
• Voice transcriptions are generated for accessibility purposes only
• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data
• You may delete your voice posts at any time

6.3 Data Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data. You may exercise these rights through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

7.1 Service Availability

• Saydure is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service
• We may suspend or discontinue services for maintenance, updates, or other reasons
• We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions

7.2 Content Accuracy

• Voice transcriptions are generated automatically and may contain errors
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated content
• We do not endorse or verify the truthfulness of user content
• Users are solely responsible for their content and interactions

7.3 Limitation of Liability

8.1 Termination by You

• You may terminate your account at any time through account settings
• Upon termination, your access to the service will cease immediately
• You may request data export before account deletion
• Some information may remain in our systems for legal or operational purposes

8.2 Termination by Us

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• We may terminate accounts for prolonged inactivity
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
• Termination may be immediate for serious violations

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will cease, and you must stop using the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9.2 Dispute Resolution

• Most disputes can be resolved through our customer support team
• For legal disputes, you agree to first attempt resolution through mediation

• You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits
